Zederberghof Alpendorf
After an eventful day of skiing, we will find our balance again with gentle yoga exercises. Together with Carina Breitfuß, we immerse ourselves in a calm hatha yoga flow that relaxes body and mind. Through asanas, breathing exercises and short meditations, we promote flexibility, mindfulness and well-being. The perfect end to an active winter's day.
