Ingredients for 2 people:
3 medium-sized waxy potatoes
1 onion
10 dag clarified butter
20 dag cheese
20 dag Gorgonzola
25 dag flour
1/8 lt mineral water
1 egg
1 lt beef broth
10 dag butter
Preparation:
Fry the onion, add the diced potatoes, pour (not too much), salt, cumin, mayoran, simmer until the potatoes are almost soft.
Prepare dough: about 250g. plain flour, 1 egg, a little water (dough should not be too soft, just stir gently!).
Form dough into round dumplings with 2 spoons and add to simmering potatoes.
Add soup seasoning and some Räßkäse or Gorgonzola.
Optional: melt with roasted onion.
