The sounds speak to people on a special & deep level: They have a harmonizing and vitalizing effect on body, mind and soul, release tension on a physical and mental level and invite you to listen and dive into a deep connection to yourself.
Gentle Flow Yoga & Sound
A gentle and flowing yoga practice for the whole body, where yoga exercises are performed fluidly and in rhythm with the breath. This stimulates the cardiovascular system and creates a feeling of surrender and merging with the current action. In the following sound bath, the body is allowed to come to rest again and to reflect in a deep relaxation.
