We’ll take the hotel bus to Hintertux. There, you’ll enjoy an ice bath, which has a soothing effect on the body, stimulates circulation, and strengthens the immune system. This event takes place in all weather conditions and is also ideal for beginners. Dive into a refreshing adventure!

Equipment: Swimsuit, bikini, swim trunks, bathrobe, headband or hat, towel, flip-flops, bag for wet clothes, warm clothing, sturdy shoes.
