Experience the magical Advent season at our small but charming Christmas market in the garden of the Hotel Oberforsthof. In our lovingly decorated garden, you’ll find cozy huts, warm lights, and an atmospheric setting that invites you to linger and enjoy.

Look forward to winter delicacies such as fragrant roasted chestnuts, candied almonds, and raclette bread. At our beverage hut, we’ll treat you to warming mulled wine, punch, and other winter drinks. Discover lovingly crafted one-of-a-kind items and special gifts at the artists’ and artisans’ booths, or take home a beautiful vacation souvenir. Our curling rink provides a great setting for socializing, inviting you to play and laugh together.

A special highlight awaits you during the Krampus and St. Nicholas weekend from December 3 to 5. Then, our Christmas market will be all about Alpine traditions, and the Krampuses will create a festive Advent atmosphere steeped in tradition.

Christmas Market Hours:

Every Thursday through Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the Advent weekends from November 26 through December 20, 2026.

Christmas in the Garden:

From December 23 to 26, 2026, we invite you to join us for a cozy get-together featuring a limited selection of food and drinks.
