Quelle day: Hike to the Uwald Hut & Aperitivo

Quelle day to our Uwald hut with Aperitivo:

Today we walk up to our Hut: the Uwald Hut at 2.042m.

We start from the Hotel, and we go to the end of the valley. From there we walk up to the forest trail nr. 12 and after a slightly strenuous uphill hike we arrive to the Uwald Hut. With a little Aperitivo with food, drinks and music for children and adults, we enjoy the beautiful view to the Gsiesertal Valley, the Huts from the Gsiesertal and the Dolomites.

After this little break in the mountains, we hike back for lunch to the Hotel Quelle.

Walking time: approx. 3.5 hours

approx. 680 metres altitude difference

Level of difficulty: moderate to difficult hike
