Look forward to crispy rolls from the local bakery and freshly baked waffles. A variety of muesli, regional superfoods, and fresh fruit will give you energy for the day. You can also enjoy high-quality dairy products and a wide selection of cheeses.

A special highlight is the sausage and ham from our in-house butcher shop—freshly sliced on historic Berkel machines. Fair-trade coffee and tea varieties, as well as delicious spreads, round out our breakfast buffet.
