6 Val d'Ega gourmet chefs, 4 old wood stoves, 1 fabulous mountain backdrop: these are the main ingredients for the Chef's Open Air as part of Culturinarika Val d'Ega.
On the picturesque Alpine meadows below the Stadlalm in Nova Levante, between Catinaccio and Latemar, between barbecues and fire bowls, between creative and refined creations, you can watch the chefs preparing the delicacies over their shoulders.
Manuel Pichler from Restaurant Tschein, Reinhard Daverda from Hotel Pfösl, Gregor Eschgfäller from Gourmet Restaurant Astra, Thobias Pardeller from Franzin Alm, Philip Lochman from Hotel Engel gourmet&spa and Arnold Paris from Aktiv- & Vitalhotel Erica will pamper your palate.
Wines from renowned South Tyrolean winemakers will be served to accompany the delicacies. A welcome aperitif with various appetizers will be served at the reception.
Coffee will also be served during the event. If you fancy a cool drink, the Holzknecht drinks stand is the place to be.
