The sounds speak to people on a special & deep level: They have a harmonizing and vitalizing effect on body, mind and soul, release tension on a physical and mental level and invite you to listen and dive into a deep connection to yourself.

A sound bath is a bath for the senses. The soft sounds of the sound instruments invite you to switch off and feel good. You lie comfortably on a mat on the floor and listen to the sounds of various sound instruments. The vibrations flow through the whole body, have a soothing effect and thus provide moments of deep relaxation.
