Even in winter, the hiking trail on the Niederhorn towards Burgfeld is one of the most beautiful hiking trails in Switzerland. Where otherwise there are green alpine meadows, a well-prepared winter hiking trail leads through the snow-covered mountain landscape. Mountain restaurants, a pub, a snow bar in a fantastic location and a ski hut full of coziness await you. Take a leisurely or sporty stroll through the magic of winter.

Interesting to know:

On the Niederhorn - Waldegg and Vorsass - Bodenalp - Beatenberg Station winter hiking trails, there are always sections that can be covered by sledge. This shortens the walking time of the Niederhorn - Waldegg winter hiking trail by approx. 1 hour. The sledges can be conveniently returned in Waldegg from Tuesday to Sunday at the Hotel Regina and on Monday at the Hotel Beausite. You will receive the deposit back at the respective hotel and the Niederhornbahn will collect the sledges for you.
