Together with the farmers, you will prepare a hearty "Muas" over an open fire in the iron pan - just like in the old days.
Afterwards, you will enjoy the delicacy in the rustic farmhouse parlor, accompanied by the sweet "Holer-Mulle" made from elderberries, scooped directly from the large pan. This is served with the farm's own mineral crystal wine - a special moment of enjoyment at the Torgglerhof.
