In my classes, I practice sometimes flowing, sometimes static, sometimes powerful, sometimes gentle. The body's energy flow is supported with targeted physical and breathing exercises and meditation. Each class is structured in a meaningful way and includes a theme for greater integrity. The breath is a central connecting element between body, mind and soul, deepens the exercises and, together with deep relaxation and mindfulness exercises, leads to spiritual and mental balance.
