Order deadlines:
Please order your crispy goose for 4 people or a juicy turkey for 8 people no later than 5 days before the pickup date—earlier orders are welcome.
Pickup and Transport:
Your freshly prepared goose or turkey will be handed to you in a thermal box (€20.00 deposit). To transport the side dishes, you’ll need 4 to 5 sealable containers (e.g., Tupperware). Alternatively, we offer eco-friendly containers for an additional charge of €10.00.

Ready-to-serve stuffed goose (for 4 or more people)
Served with potato-bread dumplings, red cabbage, Brussels sprouts in a bacon-cream sauce with onions, and plenty of gravy.

Ready-to-serve stuffed turkey (for 8 or more people)
Served with mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, buttered corn on the cob, Brussels sprouts in a bacon-cream sauce with onions, red cabbage, and plenty of sauce.
