You are a cosmopolitan, cheerful, resilient and humorous personality who is up for the challenge of working in a small, family team with a special hotel concept.

The foundation of your skills is a completed apprenticeship in the hotel industry or in the commercial sector and ideally you have gained experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel. You are fluent in German and English. French is desirable. Further language skills are an advantage.

Your tasks

- Preparation and execution of check-in and check-out

- Acceptance of table, spa and room reservations

- Guest correspondence (offers, confirmations, invoices) in German, English and French

- Guest service and concierge services

- Checking waiter bills and managing the cash register
