In children's yoga, children perform the typical yoga postures in a playful way. In contrast to yoga for adults, the asanas, i.e. the individual exercises, are kept shorter so as not to overload the child's body. Children's yoga is designed more dynamically to correspond to children's natural urge to move. Our yoga teacher Eva also combines the yoga flows with little stories. Registration via QR code until 21:00 the evening before!
