45 min. meditation with singing bowls

Tibetan singing bowls produce sounds and vibrations in harmony with the frequencies of the celestial spheres. The listener is enveloped in a mantle of harmonious sounds that harmonizes the natural forces of the moment (alignment of the planets, season) with their own powers. Each season changes the technique and the way the bells are used to harmonize with the frequencies typical of that season.

It is also possible (but not advisable for a complete experience) to participate only in the meditation with the singing bowls.
