Detalles
I’m a physical therapist with my own practice, “Körpergefühl,” in the County of Bentheim in Lower Saxony, Germany — my focus is on the pelvic floor and the core. For me, movement, breathing, and body awareness are inextricably linked, and that’s exactly what I’d like to share with you this week: exercises that feel good and that you’re welcome to continue doing at home.
