roots

roots is the epitome of clean food. From morning to night, the blender runs hot and you get juices, smoothies, protein shakes, acai and smoothie bowls, but also healthy sandwiches, salads, soups and bagels. On Sundays, there is an à discretion brunch buffet at roots@balboa. The atmosphere is really infectious and the staff is very motivated. Unfortunately, there are longer wait times at lunchtime.
