Hike to the Olpererhütte

A more challenging hike with spectacular views.

By car we take the toll road up to 1800 meters to the Schlegeisspeicher.

From there we hike in the direction of the Olpererhütte. The ascent here takes about 1.5-2 hrs - from the Olpererhütte it's just under 2 minutes to the aforementioned Instagram hotspot, the suspension bridge over the reservoir.

After a short refreshment, it goes back to the parking lot.

Trail conditions: stony, stepped - Only with mountain boots! Surefootedness required!
