In keeping with the fall season, our chef Christina introduces you to the diversity of pumpkin. Good, seasonal produce and exciting recipes are her mix. In this workshop, she will surprise you with three particularly unknown dishes. Get tips and tricks from the professional with exciting cooking techniques and new kitchen trends. Afterwards, you will receive your own recipe booklet, a well-deserved certificate and the Elisabeth collector's pass. Of course, the dishes will be tasted together afterwards.
