November 13: Exclusive gourmet experience at Hotel Heiden: Special Cut Tavolata & Cigars

Hotel Heiden invites you to an incomparable culinary experience on Wednesday, November 13. Together with Michael Vogt, qualified meat sommelier and owner of the renowned Hinterhofmetzgerei in Staad, guests can look forward to an evening full of culinary delights.

The focus will be on an exquisite 4-course menu with meat from an old cow, which impresses with its special maturity and quality. These unique meat creations are served with regional side dishes and accompanied by an exquisite selection of wines from the Steinig Tisch winery in Thal. The crowning glory is a sweet dessert.

Afterwards, guests can round off the evening in the exclusive cigar lounge. This is located in a lovingly restored Airstream from the 1970s, where fine cigars and the finest digestifs are served. Incidentally, the cigar lounge is not only open to Tavolata guests, but also to all other connoisseurs.
