Get to know tried and tested recipes - with ingredients that you can find in the midst of nature. You will collect various plants from Martha's wild herb garden and process them into ointments, hydrosols, macerates and more.
You can take two products home with you.

About the person: Martha Stieger is a trained herbalist and certified nature coach. In 2019, she also completed herbal cultivation at the Laimburg technical college and additional training as a natural cosmetics consultant in Neustift. She is happy when she can take her health into her own hands and recommends everyone to do the same: Go out into nature, we have the best and the simplest remedies on our doorstep.
