On a discovery tour with the rangers in the Hohe Tauern National Park
Join the national park rangers on a hike through the impressive outer zone of the Hohe Tauern National Park and experience how diverse and colorful nature really is here.
The hike leads across fragrant, species-rich mountain meadows that have been created through centuries of cultivation. The destination is the Katinalm at 1,900 meters. You return through an exciting boulder forest that has so much to offer: rare animal and plant species, fascinating mosses and ferns and, of course, the famous "Sefenstrauch" (Sade tree), which feels particularly at home on the dry sunny slopes.
If you want to immerse yourself in the diversity of the Hohe Tauern and experience exciting nature stories, then this tour is made for you!
