Variety is the order of the day in this class.
Athletic-functional exercises are ideally complemented by endurance intervals from aerobics and functional fitness training. This gets muscles, tendons and joints fit for everyday life. In flowing movement sequences, the muscles work in a network and are not activated in isolation. All body systems are involved, especially the fasciae and the deep-lying coremusculature.
The second part of the class takes place "on the mat": a colourful mix of core, stabilization, Pilates, yoga ... Mindful exercises mobilize and create space. We breathe deeply, relax and come back to ourselves.
