Get fit with two sticks
Nordic walking is just like cross-country skiing only without skis and snow. It is defined as walking with specially designed long sticks. As a preparatory training for cross-country skiers and biathletes, this form of training has now also established itself in the broad masses.
Today we will be actively exploring our surrounding area with our two sticks in hand. Our professional trainers will be on hand with great tips to increase endurance and of course to hone your technique.
