Yoga retreat at the Grawandhütte

To dive deeper, let go of the old and invite in the new, a yoga weekend will also take place at the Grawandhütte in summer 2024. For beginners and advanced practitioners. Yogini Daniela will guide you lovingly and attentively through a whole weekend of yoga sessions, adding meditations, breathing exercises and chanting depending on the needs of the participants. Hostess Barbara will pamper your body with Ayurvedic food.

On Friday afternoon, you can h ike from the parking lot of the Alpengasthof Breitlahner to the Grawandhütte in one and a half hours and gain distance from everyday life with every meter.

Daniela awaits you at this special place of power in the Zemmgrund. After the first yoga session, you will enjoy an Ayurvedic dinner together, lovingly prepared by the hut host Barbara.

Depending on your booking, you will spend the night in a single, double or triple pinewood room at the Grawandhütte.
