A holistic workout on the Reformer with a focus on your powerhouse. Through controlled, flowing movements combined with breath control, you can strengthen your core, improve stability, flexibility and body awareness. Suitable for all levels.

Cost: €25 per person per session
Non-slip socks are required for the reformer training. These can also be purchased on site.
We ask for your understanding: Cancellation free of charge is possible until 17:00 on the day before the session. After that, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
