Guided Hiking Tour to Lake Spronser

Guided mountain tour organized by the Dorf Tirol Tourism Association. Group transportation to the starting point in Pfelders and the return trip from Dorf Tirol are arranged by bus.

From Pfelders, this challenging tour leads via the Faltschnalalm and the Spronserjoch at 2,589 m to the impressive Spronser Lakes, South Tyrol’s largest high-alpine lake district. The route continues via the Oberkaseralm and the Mutkopf to the Hochmuth Cable Car and down to Dorf Tirol.

Hiking time: approx. 8 hours

Ascent: approx. 950 HM | Descent: approx. 1,300 HM

Difficulty: challenging; requires excellent physical condition and sure-footedness

Equipment: sturdy hiking boots, hiking clothing, sun and rain protection, drinks, and snacks
