After first getting to know each other, we walk from the winter quarters of the National Park llamas in Latsch, with the llamas on a leash through the surrounding apple meadows and along a serpentine path up to the castle ruins of Untermontani with a wonderful view over the entire central Vinschgau. Continuing towards Obermontani Castle at the entrance to the Martell Valley, we may walk in the footsteps of our medieval ancestors and listen to the stories of our Llamero Florian before taking a rest at the castle. Florian will not only tell you everything about the llamas, but also about the historically significant surroundings. On an old Waalweg we then cross the woods above Latsch with our cuddly four-legged friends to the sunny plateau of the Magrinböden and descend via a forest path to the Bierkeller (refreshments possible), before we return from there via meadow paths to the starting point.
