Ingredients
- 250 g Topfen
- approx. 25–30 ml pumpkin seed oil
- salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Place the Topfen in a mixing bowl and beat until creamy.
Slowly pour in the pumpkin seed oil while stirring until the spread takes on a nice green color and a smooth, creamy consistency.
Add the pumpkin seed oil sparingly so that the quark and oil combine into a homogeneous mixture.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, then serve.
