108 Sun Salutations on the Summer Solstice in the Morning Dew - with Barbara and Katrin

Every year at the summer solstice the yoga studio "Yoga in Markdorf" invites you to practice the ritual of the 108 sun salutations together outside.

To burn off the old and absorb the energy of the sun and take it with you into your summer. Through the many repetitions, the movement sequence becomes a meditation. You will learn how to overcome your inner resistance and find inner peace and happiness.

After a nice well-deserved Shavasana you will start the day with an inner glow. There is the possibility to linger over coffee on the terrace of the swing golf course.

This offer is for experienced practitioners who know the sun salutation.

However, the whole thing sounds more challenging than it is - you can choose your variation of the sun salutation and also take breaks and mentally practice along.

Takes place in good weather. It is nice if it does not rain.
