Uphill from peak to peak, over hill and dale, along narrow paths and steep trails to sloping climbs. Discover new paths together at a leisurely pace and enjoy nature while running. Minors only accompanied by a parent or guardian. Equipment: running shoes with very good tread, rain jacket, drink, first aid kit. Optional: energy bars or similar, trail running poles.
