Leisurely hike to the Rodlhütte Pertisau

Experience an idyllic fall hike to the Rodelhütte above Pertisau. On this inspiring contemplative trail, you’ll enjoy peace and quiet, breathtaking views, and the first breath of winter mountain air.

Together, we’ll take the hotel bus to the starting point at the Hubertushof. From there, the St. Notburga Trail leads us steadily uphill. Along the 3.8-kilometer route, profound texts and sayings invite you to linger in the here and now. Once we reach an altitude of 1,130 m, the cozy Rodelhütte rewards us with culinary delights and a sweeping view of Lake Achensee and the surrounding peaks. With a little luck, the first fresh snow—forecast for Wednesday—will already be greeting us. The return trip down to the valley is a leisurely walk along the forest road.

Duration: approx. 2–3 hours walking time

Equipment: Sturdy footwear (hiking boots), sun and rain protection, a water bottle, and some cash for refreshments.
