The "Winter Varieté Amadé" is coming to the JO Congress in St. Johann im Pongau for the first time at the end of October 2026. The new cultural project is designed for the long term and will thrill audiences every October for the next three years with alternating international and Austrian artists.

Look forward to a fascinating show full of highlights: Breathtaking artistry, international magic, astounding mental acts, acrobatic performances, charming comedy and rousing show acts merge to create a unique experience. The Varieté Amadé is a new cultural highlight for the Pongau region and the province of Salzburg.

Initiated by the St. Johann in Salzburg Tourist Board and the town of St. Johann im Pongau, together with artistic director Freimuth Teufel and Ars Media Konzertservice, this project expands the regional cultural offering in a special way.
