The dough is artful, the filling made of delicious potatoes - Ingeborg and Gudrun Daberer show at their Gasthof Grünwald in St. Daniel what the famous Carinthian noodles are all about. At the cooking workshop at the Nudl Kudl Mudl, guests learn how to fill and, above all, how to crumble - including a recipe to take home. Gudrun and Ingeborg are the great cousins of Marianne and Christian Daberer. Their wonderful inn is located in St. Daniel, just like our organic hotel. It is a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the inn.
