A 4–6-course steak dinner to sit back, savor, and share—pure steak love at the Ortnerhof.
Chef Hans has a special passion—for meat. What matters to him is where it comes from: from animals that were allowed to live in a good environment and were raised with respect. Because that’s the only way to achieve full flavor and the best quality.

The menu begins with sesame-crusted tuna steak tataki on a bed of wild greenst, followed by tender suckling pig loin with Riesling sauerkraut.
A light fruit sorbet with Prosecco adds a refreshing touch before the steaks make their grand entrance:
dry-aged entrecôte, Black Angus flank steak, and Wagyu rump steak.
The meal concludes on a delightful note with the Ortnerhof dessert selection.

The steaks are carefully selected, grilled and pan-seared the traditional way, and given the necessary time to rest so their juiciness and flavor can fully develop. We deliberately avoid sous-vide, relying instead on artisanal skill and experience.
