Important information about your arrival

On the day of arrival, your booked room with bathing bag and the included hotel services will be available to you from 3 pm.

The thermal spa is included free of charge from 9 am on the day of arrival via the main entrance to the thermal spa. You will receive the bathing bag for your entire stay at the spa reception upon arrival.

During your stay, you have the option of using the spa from 7 am, 2 hours before the day guests.

If you arrive earlier, you can either use the thermal spa from 9 a.m. via the hotel corridor with a pre-check-in at the hotel for an additional charge per adult or use the hotel's own areas (whispering thermal spa, Yin Yang Spa, sauna) and the thermal spa via the hotel corridor for a stress-free start for an additional charge per adult from 9 a.m.. You will then receive the bathing bag (with bath towel and bathrobe) for your entire stay at the hotel reception.

Early check-in/early room occupancy from 10 am can be booked on request and subject to availability for a surcharge per adult (no surcharge for children in their parents' room) and can only be confirmed one day before arrival.

On arrival, you will receive a voucher for lunch, which you can redeem on the day of arrival if you arrive earlier or, alternatively, on the day of departure.

Important information about your departure

The room is available until 11 am on the day of departure. We ask you to vacate the room by this time and settle the hotel bill at reception. If you are leaving straight away, you are welcome to leave your bathing bag in your room.

Use of the Allegria Therme is included on the day of departure until closing time (8.45 pm).

You can take your luggage to the car or leave it in the luggage depot at reception.

You will receive a new chip card from the reception team for the remaining bathing day. Please note that consumptions can no longer be booked on the chip card once the room has been returned.

You can redeem your lunch voucher if you have not already consumed it on the day of arrival.

For an additional charge per adult, you can also use the thermal bath, the hotel's own whispering thermal bath and the Yin Yang Spa area via the hotel corridor after check-out.

A late check-out/room extension until 6 pm can be booked on request and subject to availability for an additional charge per adult - no extra charge for children in their parents' room.

After bathing, please return the chip card and bathing bag including bathrobe and towel to reception.
