Fascia Pilates with the roller
Pilates is an intensive full-body workout with a special focus on strengthening the core. In this course, we consciously work on strengthening the core with the help of the fascia roll with a special focus on the abdomen, back, pelvic floor and bottom. As this training is performed in different variations, it is very suitable for both beginners and advanced students. You can also do all the exercises on the mat without the roller if you prefer. Like all our group classes at Yoginest, this class is free for you as a house guest. So get on the mat, er roll with you and let's go! Please register at reception by 12.00 noon at the latest.
