The method of progressive muscle relaxation was developed by the American doctor Edmund Jacobson. By alternately tensing and relaxing individual muscle groups, a deeper sense of calm can be achieved. The resulting muscle relaxation has a beneficial effect on body and mind.


Also suitable for pregnant women.
