Autumn³ time: Dumpling cooking course at the "Lechnerhof"

Dumplings are not just a well-rounded dish, they are the quintessential South Tyrolean dish and no one knows this better than Franzi. At the Lechnerhof, she competes with the guests and shows them what must be included in the dumplings and dispels many culinary legends. Spinach, cheese, beet - different types of dumplings are prepared and, of course, tasted together. And the recipes? Afterwards, of course, you can take them home with you for the big roll.

How to get there

After entering the Pragser Tal valley, take the first entrance on the right and follow the road for 650 meters.
