Bodyfit is your intensive, varied full-body workout that gets you going from head to toe. With a powerful mix of strength, endurance and functional exercises, we train your legs, bottom, core, back and arms - effectively and motivatingly. Depending on the session, you can work without equipment or with additional equipment (e.g. dumbbells, bands, step) to add even more variety. The training is structured so that you can adjust your level at any time - regardless of whether you are just starting out or want to really challenge yourself. Afterwards, you'll feel pleasantly exhausted and really fit for the rest of the day.
