Based on your own biomechanics and findings from sports science and fascia research, you question your "walking" habits. We are convinced: afterwards you will walk through your everyday life more exhilarated.



CORRECT WALKING - GOOD ON YOUR FEET

Our feet carry us through life - mostly unconsciously and unnoticed. With the Medical Walking School we question our habitual gait and find our optimal stride length and walking technique.


An upright posture enables relaxed breathing and is a decisive factor in determining which muscles are trained.


And you will experience for yourself how much more effective a walk or a round of walking is with conscious use of the arms.



FASCIA WALKING

The fascia network and the so-called guidelines are stimulated vividly and with simple tips. From conscious foot strike to impression, from glass balls in the hands to gliding shoulder blades. Goal: elastic, light and buoyant walking - and ideally implement it in everyday life!




PROFESSIONALLY ACCOMPANIED

by Katja Eberle. As a certified sports scientist, fascia and back trainer, she attaches great importance to your individually correct posture, technique and alignment.

Katja is also a Medical Walking Trainer, Fascia Walking Course Instructor, Reactive Walking Trainer and Slow Jogging Professional.
