Enjoy the beauty of life on the alpine trail 2000!

As the name “Almweg 2000” suggests, this route leads from alpine pasture to alpine pasture at an average of 2000 meters above sea level: today we start up the Stumpfalm toboggan run to Köfler Alm. Here we turn right and take a little shortcut to Kasermähder Alm (2.048m). From there it is an easy-going hike along Almweg 2000, amid lush green meadows, beautiful alpine huts, pristine nature and always with wonderful panoramic views over the Gsieser Valley to the Dolomites.

Walking time: ca. 3,5 hours

Ca. 700 altitude difference
