Our bread and pastries pass through Christine's hands. She is our baker with heart and passion. In this workshop, she explains the theory of sourdough. An active rye sourdough starter from our daberer.kultur is included in the workshop for you to use at home. Christine will then show you how to skillfully and expertly shape and bake handmade pastries. A workshop for more do-it-yourself baking in everyday life.
