Description
Ce dessert a été servi pour la première fois en 1854 à l'impératrice autrichienne Élisabeth. Il semblerait qu’il se soit déchiré par inadvertance lors du dressage, ce qui est devenu par la suite sa particularité. Ce n’est qu’ensuite que ce dessert a été « redédié » à l’empereur François-Joseph Ier et a pris le nom de « Kaiserschmarrn ».
