Playful yoga with stories, animal exercises and music, the children discover their bodies, improve flexibility and coordination. At the same time, they learn simple breathing and relaxation exercises. The focus is on fun, movement and also rest periods.
We take the children to the movement/yoga room.
Please wear comfortable clothing.
