From spruce to spruce.
In the forests of St. Johann we find a particularly large number of spruce trees. Especially in winter, these healing trees can support us in many ways.
During this outdoor workshop, we will learn what can be made from spruce, how it is used in cooking
and why "good luck with bad luck" is particularly true of this conifer.
