Gourmet breakfast buffet

The morning smell of crispy rolls from the local bakery and freshly baked waffles, the vital kick from our generous assortment of muesli varieties, regional super food products and fresh fruit. In addition, high-quality dairy products with an extensive range of cheeses and as an absolute highlight: sausage and ham from our own in-house butchery - freshly sliced on historic Berkel machines.

Our buffet is rounded off by a generous offer of different kinds of coffee and tea from fair trade as well as fine spreads.

In case of intolerances, we can prepare appropriate dishes and products on request and with prior reservation.
