The Oytal Valley is one of the most beautiful spots around Oberstdorf—and Katrin would love to take you there. The hike starts at the Mühlenbrücke bridge, near the Nebelhornbahn, and initially follows the Trettach River through a romantic tree-lined avenue. Passing crystal-clear streams and dense mountain forest, the trail leads into the wild and romantic Oytal Valley. Once you arrive at the Oytalhaus, you’ll be greeted by a mountain backdrop that’s second to none: lush green pastures, rugged rocky peaks, and water-rich cliffs—a panorama you won’t soon forget.
