David's Farm: a world to discover

The PROPOSAL

At David's Farm, children will have an authentic experience in contact with nature and farm life. Guided by those who care for the animals and the products of the land every day, children will follow the step-by-step path that leads to cheese production: from the grass in the fields to the milk in the milking, to the finished product. It will be an opportunity to touch, observe and understand, but above all to learn how important respect for animals and for the environment is.

WHICH ANIMALS ARE PRESENT ON THE FARM

Red spotted cows, the stars of milk and cheese production;

p>pigs fed on whey and flour, according to traditional and sustainable methods;

hens of different breeds, which lay eggs in surprising colors;

other farmyard animals.

DESTINATARIES: Activities for children and families

ACTIVITY COST with MEAL: €10 children and adults (snack with bread and jam or salami and apple juice)

HOW TO REACH US

Follow the signs to reach the village of Le Motte/Oga Valdisotto. Past the distinctive yellow church (Sanctuary of the Madonna di Caravaggio) overlooking the valley, find the farm on the left.
